DO YOU COME WITH YOUR OWN LIST AND CUSTOMERS? HOW DO YOu INCREASE OUR DIRECT SALES?

We DO NOT have our own list. We solely contact the existing customers on your allocation list or wine club. We increase your direct sales by taking the time to reach out to those who know your wines already, have supported you in the past, and are most open to supporting you in the future. Through these personal conversations, we share relevant information, remind them just how important they are, how much they enjoy your wines, and offer them the chance to order something special. 

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DO A CAMPAIGN?

Customers love hearing from their favorite wineries and reminiscing about their visit any time! The only caveat we have is that there must be a relevant reason for the call and conversation. 

HOW OFTEN AND IN WHAT WAYS DO YOU CONTACT OUR CUSTOMERS?

We personally reach out to each customer with an initial phone call and a follow-up phone call for those we missed the first time. When requested, we also send a brief, personalized email outlining the message and wines we called to share.  

ARE CUSTOMERS ANNOYED TO HEAR FROM YOU?

The answer is an overwhelming NO! Customers are very pleased to hear from us and appreciate the personal connection with the winery. It’s easier for them to order your wines, and they also get the chance to share updates and provide feedback in person. People are inundated with emails, many of which end up in their spam folder, so direct outreach is especially effective. This is one phone call many customers look forward to taking! 

WHAT IF OUR CUSTOMERS ASK YOU DETAILED QUESTIONS?

We spend quality time with you before the campaign starts to meet your in-house team, take your tours, taste your wines, and learn as much as possible about your people, philosophies, history, property, wines and visitation options. This ‘training’ allows us to comfortably talk about your brand and answer customer’s questions just like any other employee.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE OUR CUSTOMER LIST AND KEEP IT SAFE? 

We update all information that including phone numbers, emails, preferences, addresses, credit card numbers, etc. so you have an accurate, current list to work with in the future.  We DO NOT share, combine, sell or negligently handle your customer list, and only use it for the purpose of reaching out to your customers. 

HOW MUCH DO YOU SELL?

Because each winery and customer list is unique, we cannot guarantee a specific number, percent or result. What we can guarantee is that we will call every person on your list, follow-up via phone or email if necessary, and make every effort to effectively convey the message you create. This usually ends in sales, but most importantly, it makes your customers feel appreciated and keeps your brand fresh in their minds.
